SATA 2 based on virtex5

Recently I'm working on SATA based on virtex5. I met a problem.After comwake signal is detected, the host can't receive align primitives. In other words,the host can't receive non oob signal, and rxelecidle is at a high level.
Can somebody help me, i will be very very appreciate.
