What are you trying to do? I thought there was a problem with the name vpp so I use vppreproc from Wilson Synder's CPAN. I use Ubuntu and I think it is in the

sudo apt-get install -y libverilog-perl;

Actually,I've already succeeded in using "vppreproc"
The reason that I wish to install vbpp is that in addition to most verilog preprocessing directives,it can also support some additional directives, like `switch , `if ,etc

Just because I am a new guy here. I'm trying to figure out how to use the ip cores at this website. I want know the "flow",for exambple,what kind of tools should I use.

Thanks to the pdf in the attachment, I got a clue about my questions. When I trying to "compile" the example "verisatile_counter". I found I need to use a preprocessor. But after I use "vppreproc" to it,it seems some defines like `switch cannot be preprocessed.So It make me want to install vbpp so eagerly.
