The attached code for reception is not working.
This reception code is not checking any stop bits.
So, Some noisy data I am receiving.
Can any one tell me please how to check stop bits condition?

Sorry for a little bit lazy reply. I was not looking in your code so
I don't give you answer for your question. If your RS232 is only part
of a bigger project, maybe better will be "borrowing" RS232 code from this
Digilent site: http://www.digilentinc.com/Data/Documents/Reference%20Designs/RS232%20RefComp.zip . I can guarantee you, that it is working. I've used it
in one of my projects.
