Heycan anyone tell me where can I get the RTL(ASIC synthesizable) for OpenRISC1000 processor? I could not find it in the opencores website? Any help someone?

Actually, you can find links to the source code by reading through the project page here on Open Cores. Click on the "Projects" link to the left, and look under the processors subcategory. You should see the OR1k there. Follow the link and you should find several locations you can download the source from. I haven't actually downloaded it myself, so I can't verify that it is there and available, but you should at least try there first.
