I have a question regarding the Advanced Debug System:
Can the adv_jtag_bridge be used with Altera's USB Blaster II?
Is somebody using this combination with success?

I'm using a USB Blaster cable with adv_debug_sys. Not sure if it's version 1 or 2, but I think both should work. On the PC side we normally use OpenOCD to connect to adv_debug_sys through the cable.

Thanks, it works as you said with OpenOCD on the PC side. I've got it running with a DE0-SOC board, which includes a USB Blaster II (onboard).
