I wanted to know the PTC ipcore cost because i am planning to run dc motor

I'm not sure if I can speak to the PTC core itself, but the timers, counters, and PWM modules I've implemented tend to cost about 75 LUTs each. The rest of your implementation, such as the wishbone bus interconnect that connects the PWM, timer, or counter to a wishbone master, is likely going to dwarf the cost of the PTC or even adding the PTC.
