Hi,I wanted to import the IP core available in opencores.org as a project in Vivado.
I wanted to see whether the core is working or not by seeing its waveform.
I wanted to simulate the openMSP430 core in vivado.how to do it?

Have you used the Vivado simulator before? I'd start by learning how to use that simulator first. You can find a video tutorial here, but I'll admit I haven't watched it and so I can't tell you how good or poor it is.

I tend to do all my simulation using Verilator. Many of the projects here on OpenCores also use Icarus Verilog or even ghdl (for VHDL). You might find scripts or wrappers within individual projects illustrating how to set up the core for such a simulation.
