Hail to all and compliment....
I am working on memory controller DDR for Virtex4... i have difficult because this is the first time and i don't know very well i can i do... at the moment i am studing the DDR memory... there is the simple guide to learn DDR memory and how to drive them?? Thanks a lot. |

I would first read the model provided by the vendor and then the JEDEC
spec.
