Has anyone here worked with the HDLC controller? I just need the RX
module, and I can't figure out what I need to do to control it standalone insteead of as a Wishbone device. I tried doing the same thing as the module test bench, but it looks like it's ignoring all or part of my first data frame, and it's asserting the abort signal, the docs don't say what I'm supposed to do in that case. It's possible my understanding of HDLC is flawed, I'm sending 0x7E (flag) when idle, is that a valid implementation? Thanks, Mike |

Hi,
I will check it and get back to you soon.
About the idle yes it is supposed to send 0x7E but anyhow there are some
other HDLC protocols that use different patterns such as all 1's
