bug report: OR1200 on Altera FPGA's

And yes, if somebody has an Altera board, please help setting up Altera RAMs. I don't have any Altera boards (or models of RAM for that matter) to bring Altera RAMs alive. So they are there as "dummies" for somebody to fix them. regards, Damjan ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dries Driessens" ddr@denayer.wenk.be> To: openrisc@opencores.org> Sent: Monday, December 08, 2003 10:28 AM Subject: [openrisc] bug report: OR1200 on Altera FPGA's
Hi all, I would like to inform everybody that OR1200_RFRAM_DUALPORT doesn't work on Altera devices. You should instead use OR1200_RFRAM_GENERIC (so flip-flop based). Hereby I would also like to thank Damjan Lampret for helping me out. Best regards, Dries Driessens research project-engineer check out our website @ http://emsys.denayer.wenk.be _______________________________________________ http://www.opencores.org/mailman/listinfo/openrisc

Hi I have success on Altera APEX20k200E. The LPM alt3pram meet the requirement of OR1200 registers. Hi all, I forgot to mention that I implemented my OpenRISC on a Stratix device. Apex devices have a different architecture than Stratix or Cyclone. My apologies for the misunderstanding. Hi The LPM alt3pram component can fit Cyclone too. Altera LPM library support most of its FPGA. Regards ----- Original Message ----- From: ddr@d... To: openrisc@o... Date: Tue, 9 Dec 2003 13:59:07 +0100 Subject: Re: [openrisc] bug report: OR1200 on Altera FPGA's
