I have followed the instructions posted at http://www.asisi.co.uk/or1k.html. It is an excellent writeup for a beginner who wants to build OR1K tool chain. I built all the tools and finally when I try to run linux on or32-uclinux-sim simulator using the command "or32-uclinux-sim linux", I am getting the following errors MOpenRisc 1000 support (C) www.opencores.org ^M ^MuClinux/OR32 ^MFlat model support (C) 1998,1999 Kenneth Albanowski, D. this is problem in you uclinux build. the version built today by ATS script seams to work nicely... try using that script to build toolchain & uclinux... http://www.opencores.org/cores/or1k/ats/or32-uclinux/last_ok/or1ksim_uclinux.txt ATS page: http://www.opencores.org/projects/or1k/ATS best regards, p.

Please note that the version on http://www.asisi.co.uk/or1k.html may be a little out of date by now and, as suggested by Matjaz, I would also suggest that the first thing you try is to use the ATS scripts. However, you still may find some of the information there useful. I will quickly update the web page to make this clear.
