Questions about orpmon

I am having problems with trying to diplay the output of the orpmon program to an xterm. I have specified channel = "xterm" in sim.cfg, which I seems to be correct. Why am I getting "WARNING: UART0 has problems with channel "xterm"."? I am also getting a write out of memory exception? After a "Ctrl c", I get (sim) at the prompt. Also, could someone explain what the "Keyboard has problems with RX file stream" warning is telling me. Thanks for any help. Needless to say, I'm a Newbie.
