mem_ctrl setting

HI?
I attached mem_ctrl module on ORP and attatched SDRAM module. In initailization code of mem_ctrl module, set TMS(1) and then set CSC(1) register. But in my case, if TMS(1) is set previously then SDRAM mode register was not set. How about your case? Best regards. |
