The insn set pages in the arch manual are automatically generated with the
gen_or1k_isa tool (it is in the cvs). This tool also support generation of a
summary table and it could be easily added to the manual. I thought the arch
manual is already very long and didn't think adding another few pages for
the summary table to justfy these additional pages... But if there is a
strong desire could be easily added.

Hello,
I did some time ago the table you mention (it is up to date), I attached it to this mail, it contains a lot of information, I hope it helps anyone interested and if wanted the manual maintainer is welcome to add it to the architecture manual. Regards, VÃctor López Joachim Strömbergson wrote:
Aloha!
Lately I've been reading through the OpenRISC 1000 architecture manual. It's a good architecture manual/specification - better than many other processors I've seen. But I would like to suggest that the Instruction Set chapter (chapter 5) is extended/updated with an overiew table that lists each instruction, the set and class it belongs to. I find myself browsing frenetcially back and forth. If it is intereseting to add such a table and If needed I could produce said table. Just let me know in what format I should provide it in. Happy weekend! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
