Hi,
These 3 links

1. OpenRISC newlib toolchain 1.0rc1 compiled under Ubuntu x86/i686 (32-bit)
2. OpenRISC newlib toolchain 1.0rc1 compiled under CentOS-5.5 x86_64 (64-bit)
3. OpenRISC newlib toolchain 1.0rc1 compiled under OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) (Note: no libstdc++-v3)

in below page are all down. Please correct them.

http://opencores.org/openrisc,gnu_toolchain

I see...

That page has been deprecated, but we should probably update the links anyway for those who still find it. Meanwhile, you can use this page instead for correct links http://opencores.org/or1k/OpenRISC_GNU_tool_chain#Precompiled_binaries

Hope this helps

I am new to this stuff, now I try to build the toolchain on my host ,below is my envirment:
Host: CentOS 5.5 X86_64
Gcc version: 4.1.2
I copy the precompiled_binaries and set the envirment PATH to my .bashrc, but it show the errer message that lack of mpfr.so..
so how do this ?need i update the gcc version from 4.1.2 to 4.5.1 and install mpfr mpc and gmp ?
or can you tell me the step of doing this?

thanks in advance
