where to get membuild tools

Membuid tools was a part of orpsoc project.
It contains files like build_wb_mem.php, build_rtl.php, build_tb.php. These .php files are used to generate on board memory. But I don't know where to get it now. Who can help me? |

There's no such thing as "membuild tools" in ORPSoC currently, and there's no PHP in use either (thankfully!)
