Hi, If you are using OpenRISC + Altera Virtual JTAG + Advanced Debug Interface then you could try my program downloader. It is a couple of Tcl scripts which are using the Altera Tcl shell in order to control the JTAG and download your program into memory. Then, it set the program counter to 0x100 and runs it.
