I'm trying to compile the fatfs1.c located in the /packages/fs/fat/current/ directory so I can test the sdcard on my ordb2a development board.
It fails as it cannot locate the packages/fs_fat.h file: openrisc@Ubuntu:~/ecos-3.0/packages/fs/fat/current/tests$ or32-elf-gcc -g -O2 -nostdlib -I/home/openrisc/ecos-3.0/install/include -L/home/openrisc/ecos-3.0/install/lib -T/home/openrisc/ecos-3.0/install/lib/target.ld fatfs1.c fatfs1.c:61:28: fatal error: pkgconf/fs_fat.h: No such file or directory compilation terminated. This file does not exist both in my local drive or in the subversion from here: http://opencores.org/ocsvn/openrisc/openrisc/trunk/rtos/ecos-3.0 Is there something I'm not doing right, or should do? Help, so close, but no cigar! Jim |

Hello Jim
eCos tests should be compiled from the ecos build directory (directory which has the .ecc file), not from the main code tree. To compile all applicable tests, go to the build directory and type make tests To compile just FAT tests, type make -C fs/fat/current/ tests The compiled FAT test is now here: install/tests/fs/fat/current/tests/fatfs1 I hope that solves your problem. Best regards Piotr |
