I performed:

./bld-all.sh --force --prefix /opt/openrisc --or1ksim-dir /opt/or1ksim --uclibc-dir uClibc --linux-dir linux

after cloning both uClibc and linux.

Yes I installed all the prerequisites as far as I know:

sudo yum install flex mpfr mpfr gmp gmp-devel mpfr-devel ncurses ncurses-devel patchutils patch bison-devel bison gcc make automake

sudo yum install libmpcdec libmpcdec-devel

Hi Vitorrio,

This is baffling. Can you check if you have /usr/include/mpc.h on your machine (it is where yum would install it). If you do, it looks like some sort of include path problem. If not, it looks like one of our yum install's (probably mpfr-devel) has not done it's job.

I also found the following comment in the general GCC pre-requisites (http://gcc.gnu.org/install/prerequisites.html):

"MPC Library version 0.8.1 (or later)

Necessary to build GCC. It can be downloaded from http://www.multiprecision.org/. If an MPC source distribution is found in a subdirectory of your GCC sources named mpc, it will be built together with GCC. Alternatively, if MPC is already installed but it is not in your default library search path, the --with-mpc configure option should be used. See also --with-mpc-lib and --with-mpc-include."

I'm about to leave on vacation, but I hope this gives you enough pointers to solve the problem. If not, you could try asking on IRC channels #opencores or #openrisc on freenode.net.

I fixed the MPC, download-compiled-instralled the version 0.8.2, but now I have the follwoing error:

But the libmpc.so.2 is installed into my /usr/local/lib

There is a easy way to solve this minor issue or someone how to build a RPM package ?

What is the configure line you are now using? You may find it useful to specify --with-mpc-lib and --with-mpc-include.
