Hi,
In OR1200 RAM module (ram_wb_b3.v), the MEM has [31:0] bits. [31:8] is the instruction bits and [7:0] is the data bits. For example if its running a simply program : result=10*5; //result=50(110010) Then the [7:0]MEM will show us 110010 when the data is stored into the data memory. Therefore if we search for 110010 in the MEM file, lets say 550000.00 ns xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0011000100 110010 That's mean at 550000.00 ns, it is doing instruction xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0011000100 when the data is 110010. Do I think that right? Or I am still confusing on the MEM? Thank for the help |
