ASIC synthesis

hi everyone,
I am using DC tool for synthesis. While doing this i am getting the warning as "unresolved references". How to solve this error? Please help. What is the effect if we ignore it? --sudhanshu |

"Unresolved references" means its unable to find some of the modules definition. I don't think synthesis will proceed if you have Unresolved references.

We can avoid this problem by reading the files using "analyze" and "elaborate" commands in the DC tool.
