Hi everyone,
I am working on OR1200 processor. In OR1200, store buffer module has been created but not implemented why so???
I am using modelsim 6.4 SE.When I am including store buffer module and running the simulation then simulation isn't getting over, tool is stuck at one point and not moving forward.
When you wait for 30-40 mins then Warning : (vsim-3391) is coming with a message
"Requested memory is 12160 Mbyte exceeds physical memory 7941 Mbyte".

1. Which memory is this? Is it the modelsim taking this much amount of memory for my design?
2. Is my design too big for modelsim?
Where is the problem? Please help me.

I see that there is a bug report for the store buffer in our bugtracker http://bugzilla.opencores.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87

Could this be related to your problems?

If you find any clues about what is going on, it would be nice to have more information added to the bug (or a new bug report if this is unrelated to bug 87)
