I'm adding vga_lcd core to orpsocv3 to use in DE1 and DE2. DE1 has 4-bit RGB, DE2 has 10 bit RGB while vga_lcd core has 8-bit RGB data, so how can I add it to those boards and how to test after I built orpsoc with vga?
