Status of OR2K?

Hi,
Is OR2K still going forward? I heard some time ago that the project would target the deeply embedded application space. Is there still interest in a low-end, OpenRISC-based architecture? Where can I find out about the status of the project? Thanks! |

As far as I'm aware there hasn't been any progress on OR2k recently. A lot of what is being done on the RISC-V project (http://riscv.org/) addresses the goals of the OR2k effort, and explicitly addresses a lot of the shortcomings of OR1k.
