Projects with empty license

Hi everyone!
I have a question on the licensing of some projects. When the license tag of a project is empty, what license can be considered? Should I treat them, as they would be gpl, lgpl, or some other license. Or do I have to ask all project developers what their work are licensed under? Sincerely yours, Mich |
