If c makes assembly code and the info fit in the bit with size then assembly coudl be used to map the verilog code and rom to calculate cos etc. to generate HDL code.

Try making a lookup table in your code and maybe extrapolate between steps. You should be able to do that directly in verlog or vhdl.
