Loaner Xilinx hardware?

Is there anyone in the Chicago area with a Xilinx eval board and a DLC9 USB JTAG cable who would be willing to loan their hardware to me for a week or two? I've got some improvements for the Advanced Debug Systems DLC9 cable driver I'd like to try out, but I haven't got the hardware to test on.
