I ended up at http://opencores.org/openrisc,or1200 and clicked on http://opencores.org/svnget,or1k?file=/web_uploads/or1200/or1200_overview.pdf and got an "error reading your file". firefox 3.0.18 openbsd (4.7 release), This note is simply a bug report, as opposed to a call for help.
