what does the status "OCCP" or "wbc" of the project mean?

Hi,
OCCP means OpenCores Certified Project. The cores that are marked with OCCP are generally more tested and mature. You can find more information here: http://opencores.org/opencores,faq_pe wbc means Wishbone Compliant, which is to say that they have a Wishbone interface and can be hooked up to a Wishbone bus.
