Give me work on Static Timing Analysis

Hi,

I want to get some experience working on static timing analysis.I have theoretical knowledge on STA and I have watched video tutorials from Xilinx timing clouser etc..,So can I any tell me how I can get experience in STA preferably, give some real work.

Also I want to know if there are any opensource tools to work on STA.
