UART for ML605

I need a complete solution for UART. I have a ML605 board but I am not able to access UART. ML605 board has USB-to-UART bridge. I am using the same coe which is successfully implemented on Spartan-3 but it is not working in ML605 (virtex6). Kindly help

Have you tried the "Simple RS232 UART" found on the projects page under the "Communication Controller" category?
