Hi,

I would recommend you to look at FuseSoC for building an OpenRISC-based SoC and running Linux. We have just recently started to work on improved tutorials that you can find here https://github.com/openrisc/tutorials/

Thanks for your reply! I have a Spartan 3E xilinx, will it still work?

I don't think anyone has created a FuseSoC system for that board. (We have versions for atlys, de1, de2-115, sockit, de0_nano, de2, neek and stream)

If it works with MinSoC, technically it should work with FuseSoC too, but then you have some work ahead of you to port it to FuseSoC first. I have unfortunately not enough experience with MinSoC to be of any help here, but perhaps Raul has some wise words to give you :)
