Errors with ISE [:basnpdevice.c:620:1.23]

Hi !
6.1SP3 seems to be nightmere, i try to synth a pci project, but it give me
that error:

FATAL_ERROR:DeviceResourceModel:basnpdevice.c:620:1.23 - bad nph file

ERROR: XST failed
Process "Synthesize" did not complete.

Then i tryed to synth another small project it gives me that error too,
i dig on google, but no clear response found.
Is it 6.1 ISE fault or my one ?
Can recommend another software aviable or comercial one (if work on
linux/solaris would be nice) but to have a good competence and able to
synth for spartan/virtex ?
ISE seems for me good enough to drop it in favor of other software.

Hi,
Look into ..\xilinx\virtex\data\v200.nph.
Reported file size is 0KB.
Why virtex file not spartan2?
