so i have a problem with my pci card... i wanted to test the
configuration of the card in a pc, so i programmed a cpld (altera
max7000)
with a simple program( in vhdl ) because thought i had just to respond
as a target to a configuration read command to the bios but when i plug
my card in my pc and boot it, it happens... nothing... my pc desn't
want to boot.
well, i don't understand, i have pci spec 2.2, pci system architecture 4th
edition and i don't know what to do

i am a beginner (easy to see it...) and if somebody can take the time to
explain me little things it will be great!!!
