I just got a Memec PCI card with Spartan IIE 150K. I would like to get
to the logical ressources of the FPGA as fast as possible. For now, my
objective is learn more on VHDL synthesis. After that, I will spend more
time on PCI. I need a synthetized version of PCI bridge. What files do I
need?

If your goal is to learn VHDL and learn about FPGAs and PCI, I'd suggest
getting the PCI spec, a good VHDL book, and use the Xilinx web based tools
and try doing ado a design your self. I don't know what your background is,
and what level of understanding you have, but I believe you will learn more
that way than you would copying someone else's work.
