Im desigining an hardware for a simple PCI card with Spartan-3 FPGA. I
have also prepered an schematic, but im confused with somethings. I
will be very obliged if someone can help me on hardware, or can letme
know where can i get help from regarding the Hardware

Feel Free to look at the TI and Xilinx FPGA development Board schematics, although that is for Compact PCI but you may still find it useful. The Howard Jonhson "High-Speed Digital Design" is a must as Timothy points out. http://www.opencores.org/projects.cgi/web/dualspartainc6713cpci/overview The PCI22 Spec is a good source for information as well.
