how to transmit data use buf1

i have added this ip on avlon .and could use buf0 to recv data.i could read these data out through nios ii processer.now i want to write data to buf1 to transmit data.but thedata it transmited is not what i want it to to.i guess the reason is that i configure the ep0-buf1 register incorrect.who know what is the reason.please give me a hand.
