How fast is the Wishbone Clock? clk_i for the can controller runs at 24 Mhz. But how many Mhz at the Wishbone clock entry? Also 24 Mhz?

Use whatever your system bus clock is. If you are interfaced with an 8051, use the 8051's bus clock for example.
