Ogg Vorbis Encoder/Decoder for Virtex-II Pro

I think the aquarius cpu found here at opencores should be used. I have already complied the Ogg example decoder in the SuperH2 ISA. From here I am going to strip the mdct code out and replace it with a recursive algorithm and remove the floor type 0 support and any other code that that may not be used.

I think the audio can be outputed using Pulse width modulation. I still have to investigate if this will introduce to much noise. Using PWM will have on external circuitry and small pin count, assuming basic stereo.
