NorthBridge (PPC)

## Description

This is a new project, created to try to supply an open design for a Northbridge chip. The primary use for the chip would be to create a new ppc motherboard design to be used with a licensed port of AmigaOS4.  
  
The feature list will be basic in the beginning and then be expanded to handle more advanced hardware.
