Syncram_2p is an entity inside GRLIB. Spwamba.vhd is designed to be used together with GRLIB.
Other parts of spacewire_light, such as spwstream.vhd, can be used without GRLIB. But spwamba is specifically designed to work in GRLIB-based systems.
GRLIB is a VHDL library for SoC systems, published by gaisler.com. You need to download it separately.
