Thanks for the reply, but in the library GRLIB, too, there is no file "syncram_2p.vhd!!!

Are you sure? I found: grlib-gpl-1.1.0-b4104/lib/techmap/maps/syncram_2p.vhd

Also, note that VHDL file names do not always match the name of an entity. For all you know, entity syncram_2p could be implemented inside memories.vhd (just an example).
