Compile Errors #2

When i load this project into Quartus II, there are multiple compile errors that I cannot overcome. This project has been tested on the DE2 board (which is exactly what I'm using), so is there an updated version?

Also, the RAM used causes Quartus to exceed 2GB of ram on my computer, thereby causing Quartus to fail.
