Video Stream Scaler

I have implemented this core, but the upscaler doesn't work.
to upscale by 2 a 103x103 image, out valid image is only 206x203 .

I don't understand why the state machine stop before the end, and de-asserted doutValid and the count of lineout and column out

loss last data

I tried to upscale a video stream with a factor of 2 in each dimension. 
Can sameone say if he implement this core with real video? because I encoutered some issues with video stream.
I genererate a start signal during the sychroframe is low, and this signals erases rams, and stop the last lines transmission.

Can someone confirm if my idea is good. I have default parameters except:
SCALE_INT_BITS = 5, SCALE_FRAC_BITS = 6
I have e.x. input stream 4x3 pixels and I want enlarge it to 16x12.
inputSize/outputSize = 4/16 and 3/12 and they are not integers so I use second formula (p.13 in pdf)
xScale = 2^6 * (4-1)/(16-1)-1 = 11.8 => 01011.110011 = 11.796875
yScale = 2^6 * (3-1)/(12-1)-1 = 10.(63) => 01010.101000 = 10.625

Synthesis in ISE Project Navigator says that: "HDLCompilers:191 - "scaler.v" line 626 Indices in part-select of vector reg 'readSelect' are reversed".
