missing module

in module USFFT64_2B_tb,

Wave_ROM64 UG( .ADDR(ct64) ,
		.DATA_RE(DATA_RE), .DATA_IM(DATA_IM), .DATA_REF(DATA_0) )

but could not find module Wave_ROM64 or file named Wave_ROM64.v

missing file

I'm getting the following error message when I elaborate on Synopsys:

Width Mismatch on port 'DOR' of reference to CNORM in USFFT64_2B_1. (Link -3)
Unable to match ports of cell U_NORM2 ('CNORM') to CNORM_nb18. (Link -25)
