8/16/32 bit SDRAM Controller

Hi,
When try to use 8/16/32 bit SDR Mode,I found Code and documentation is not match.
It seems that 8bit and 16bit are reversed.

Yes, There is a mistake in Document.
You can refer to the RTL implementation.
input 1:0 cfg_sdr_width ; // 2'b00 - 32 Bit SDR, 2'b01 - 16 Bit SDR, 2'b1x - 8 Bit
