An FPGA Board with the largest Artix 7 XC7A200T FPGA, USB 2.0 controller, Flash memory, 100 GPIO's and on-board voltage regulators.

- 128 Kbit EEPROM memory (used to store the EZ-USB firmware)
- 2 Kbit MAC-EEPROM: contains a unique non erasable MAC-address and stores firmware settings

- 3.3 V: 2 A
- 1.8 V: 1 A
- 1.0 V: 14 A (sufficient for high performance applications)
- Heat sinks (two types) for high performance / high speed applications included
- Optional:
- Battery to store a key for bitstream encryption
- On-board JTAG connector
