Avalon AES ECB-Core (128, 192, 256 Bit)

I cannot untar the module when I download it. I am getting an error message that there is an unexpected EOF in the archive. Would it be possible to replace the download with another?

Confirmed. This is due to legacy code - all types used to be defined in util_lib.util_pkg before I generated a opencores project. you can safely remove the inclusion of util_lib. or just remove keygenerate.vhd from your quartus project and use keyexpansionV2 instead.
I will update the code ASAP.

missing util_lib

I investigated building this design using Quartus, but ran into an error
during synthesis.  The file keygenerate.vhd lists use of a package in the
util_lib, but I wasn't able to find it within the file set.  I attempted
to temporarily comment out that use declaration and the next error received
related to not having a definition for the sboxM4K.  Potentially, that
util_lib defines the sboxM4K?

IRQ handling

When selecting roundkeys a division operation is done in keyexpansion.vhd This is no problem with 128 Bit or 256 bit keys because here it is i/4 or i/8 which is a shift-right operation, however with 192 bit its i/6 which cannot be achieved with simple shift operation. 
Quartus synthesizes w/o problems, ISE Webpack doesn't - maybe implementa a generic or a different roundconstant table that works w/o division....
