Incorrect cycle length for CALL #N #40

The documentation reports the cycle count of the CALL #N instruction to be 5 cycles. In reality, however, this instruction takes 4 cycles. This can be validated for example by running the sing-op_call test case: https://i.imgur.com/CbOffVL.png
